Today, I stand before you, my heart heavy with emotions that are difficult to articulate. It is with

profound sadness that I announce my resignation. This decision has not come easily, and as I look

out at the faces of my true fans—many of whom I see are in tears—I am reminded of the deep

connection we share. I want to take this moment to explain my journey and the reasons behind my choice.

From the very first moment I stepped onto the field, I felt the pulse of this incredible community.

Your energy, your passion, and your unwavering support have fueled my every effort. Together, we

have experienced the highest of highs and faced the lowest of lows. I have cherished every moment,

and it pains me to leave this behind.

Throughout my career, I have always believed that sports are about more than just wins and losses.

They are about the relationships we build, the challenges we overcome, and the memories we

create. I have had the privilege of sharing this journey with you—my loyal fans—who have cheered

for me in times of triumph and stood by me in times of adversity. Your voices echo in my mind as I

recall the thrilling moments we’ve experienced together, the exhilarating victories, and even the

hard-fought battles that didn’t go our way.

However, the pressures of the game can sometimes weigh heavily on the soul. Recently, I have

found myself grappling with challenges that extend beyond the field. The demands of coaching, the

expectations of performance, and the desire to meet those expectations have taken a toll on my

mental and emotional well-being. It is a truth that I have had to confront—a truth that, while

painful, is essential for my personal growth and healing.

As I look at you—my true fans, my family—I see your devotion and the tears you shed for this team.

Your passion is unmatched, and it breaks my heart to cause you pain with my decision. But I

believe that stepping away is the right choice for both myself and the program. It’s a chance for me

to reflect, to recharge, and to find joy in the game once again.

determination, and heart are what make this team special. I have seen the potential in you, and I
