BREAKING NEWS: Judas Priest and Iron Maiden Announce Joint Farewell Tour — “The Metal Titans Final Roar” Set for 2026, Marking the End of a Heavy Metal Era

London, UK – July 2, 2025

A seismic moment has struck the world of rock and metal: Judas Priest and Iron Maiden, two of the most influential bands in heavy metal history, have announced their joint farewell tour, titled “The Metal Titans Final Roar.” Slated for 2026, the tour will mark the last time these legendary titans will hit the road together — and possibly ever.

It’s not just a tour. It’s the closing chapter of a 50-year reign that helped shape the sound, style, and soul of heavy metal itself.

A Farewell for the Ages

Launching in April 2026 in Birmingham — the cradle of British heavy metal — the tour will span six continents, including North America, South America, Europe, Asia, Australia, and Africa, with more than 50 stadium shows planned. The final performance is scheduled to take place in London’s Wembley Stadium in October 2026 — the same city where both bands exploded onto the scene nearly five decades ago.

“It’s time,” said Judas Priest frontman Rob Halford. “We’ve roared across the globe together for decades, and now we’ll say goodbye the only way we know how — loud, proud, and with fire in our veins.”

Iron Maiden’s Bruce Dickinson added: “This isn’t a goodbye. It’s a celebration. A thank-you to every headbanger, every metalhead, every fan who’s ridden with us from the start. We’re going to leave it all on the stage.”
