As I sit down to write this, it’s impossible not to feel the weight of the journey we’ve taken together—one that has spanned decades, continents, stages, triumphs, trials, and everything in between. This is more than a letter. It’s a heartfelt thank-you and a tribute to a collective spirit that has defied time, trends, and even the odds. It’s to you—the fans, my bandmates, the crew, and every soul who ever believed in what Guns N’ Roses stood for—that I write this.
From the earliest days on the Sunset Strip to the biggest stages across the globe, Guns N’ Roses has never been just a band. It’s been a revolution, a family, a sanctuary, and for me, a lifeline. You all helped build that. You gave me a place to scream, to sing, to fall, to rise, and most importantly—to grow. Every note we played was carried by your energy. Every lyric I poured out was met with understanding, emotion, and thunderous love. It’s hard to put into words what that kind of support does to a person’s soul, but I’ll try.
To Slash, Duff, and every member who’s ever taken that stage with me—thank you for your artistry, your passion, your resilience. We’ve walked through fire together and emerged stronger. The bond we forged, through the chaos and the beauty, has been the foundation of something truly timeless. You are my brothers in sound, and I’m forever proud of the legacy we continue to create.
To our road crew, management, and the unsung heroes behind the scenes—you’ve been the engine behind the madness, the silent architects of every successful show. Your dedication kept us grounded and going, even when the road got rough. You created the environment where this dream could thrive, and that will never be forgotten.
And to the fans—you beautiful, loud, loyal, and insane family—you’ve stood by us through lineup changes, long hiatuses, and everything the rock ’n’ roll world could throw our way. You turned concerts into spiritual awakenings. You made albums into anthems of generations. I’ve seen your tears, your tattoos, your raised fists and lighters, and I’ve felt every ounce of your love. There is no Guns N’ Roses without you.
This band’s journey has been more than music—it’s been a testament to resilience, transformation, and the raw power of belief. The stage has been both a battlefield and a blessing. And while the years have changed us, the fire inside still burns hot and true.
So, this letter isn’t a farewell. It’s a milestone. It’s a moment to pause and reflect on what we’ve built—together. I want every fan, every friend, and every person who ever screamed our lyrics into the night to know: I see you. I hear you. I thank you. And I love you.
As we look ahead to the next chapter—whether it’s new music, new shows, or simply honoring the legacy we’ve etched into rock history—know this: Guns N’ Roses will always be about that electric connection between us and you. That will never die.
