The Nigeria Police Force (NPF) is currently conducting physical and credential screening for 50,000 constables across the 36 states and FCT, running from March 9 to April 18, 2026. Applicants must check their status on the portal to print their invitation slips, which specify their screening date and location.

Key 2026 Recruitment Update Details:

Screening Schedule: The nationwide screening exercise began on March 9, 2026, and is scheduled to run until April 18, 2026.

Target: The recruitment aims to hire 50,000 constables to strengthen national security.

Documents Required: Candidates must present the following documents at the screening venue:

Invitation Slip (with assigned table indicated)

Completed Guarantor’s Form

Application Submission Slip

Credential Screening Form

Physical Screening Form

Original and duplicate copies of credentials (O’Level Results, Birth Certificate/Declaration of Age)

Certificate of Origin (signed by LGA Chairman or Secretary)

National Identity Number (NIN) Slip

Procedure: The Police Service Commission (PSC) is partnering with the Police Community Relations Committee (PCRC) to ensure a transparent, fair, and merit-based process.

Assistance: Candidates who were qualified but did not receive invitation letters are advised to email their submission slips to INFO@PSC.GOV.NG.
